Terms of Service — Atlas

Effective: May 2026

By installing or using Atlas, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

What Atlas Is

Atlas is a personal health-tracking application. It helps you: - Log bloodwork, supplements, food, weight, and workouts - Visualize trends in your data - Receive AI-generated interpretations and suggestions - Get reminders for your daily protocol

Atlas is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Atlas Is Not Medical Advice

Read this carefully.

Atlas is not a medical device. Atlas does NOT diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. AI insights and recommendations are informational only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before: - Starting, stopping, or changing any medication or supplement - Making decisions based on bloodwork interpretation - Changing your training or nutrition plan if you have any medical condition

If you experience a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately. Do not rely on Atlas for emergency situations.

We disclaim liability for any decision you make based on information shown in Atlas.

Your Account

You're responsible for: - The accuracy of data you log - Keeping your password secure - All activity that occurs under your account - Compliance with these terms and applicable law

You may not: - Share your account with others - Use the app for anyone other than yourself (one account per person, per real human) - Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our AI prompts - Submit data that isn't yours (e.g. someone else's bloodwork without their permission) - Use Atlas to provide medical advice to others

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions and Payment

Free tier. Atlas Free is free to use forever, with usage limits on metered AI features. No payment required.

Atlas Pro and Atlas Premium. Paid subscriptions billed by Apple. Pricing is shown in-app and on the App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, managed entirely through your Apple ID's subscription settings.

Trial period. New accounts receive 14 days of Atlas Premium features free of charge. The trial does not auto-convert to paid — it expires and you fall back to Free unless you actively subscribe.

Refunds. All payments are final. For refund requests, contact Apple directly via your App Store purchase history.

Your Content

You own everything you log in Atlas — your bloodwork, food entries, workouts, profile data, etc. You grant us a limited license to: - Store it on our infrastructure (Supabase) - Process it with our AI provider (Anthropic) when you request an AI feature - Display it back to you in the app

We do not claim ownership of your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on storage, processing, and deletion.

Our Content

The Atlas app, its design, source code, recipe library, biomarker database, and AI-generated content shown to you are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use them only for personal, non-commercial purposes within the app.

You may not redistribute, resell, or republish Atlas's content without written permission.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Atlas may be unavailable during: - Scheduled maintenance - Third-party outages (Supabase, Anthropic, Apple) - Unforeseen incidents

We are not liable for damages caused by service interruptions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as Atlas evolves. Material changes will be notified in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of Atlas after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

You may stop using Atlas and delete your account at any time (Settings → Account → Delete Account). We may terminate your access for terms violations or suspected fraud, with notice when reasonable.

Termination doesn't remove sections that survive by their nature (disclaimers, limitations of liability, intellectual property).

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas, its operator (Luke Harris), and its providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, lost opportunities, or damages caused by reliance on AI-generated insights.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California in the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
